2.協助處理開曼群島/BVI離岸公司之年審申報,配合編制並提交經濟實質法申報文件;
3.協助年度審計工作,包括利得稅計算及相關稅務申報;
4.處理不時指派之財務相關事務
職位要求
1.財務、會計或相關領域之學士學位
2.1-2年會計相關工作經驗,具備投資證券業務會計處理經驗者優先;
3.願意接觸上市公司相關業務;
4.熟悉用友軟體者優先;
5.責任心強,積極主動且注重細節。
What you'll be doing
1.Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
2.Assist in handling annual compliance filings for Cayman Islands/BVI offshore entities.
3.Support the preparation and submission of Economic Substance Law declarations to ensure regulatory adherence.
4.Liaise with auditors or tax advisors for the annual audit and tax filings
5.Handle any finance related tasks to be assigned from time to time.
What we're looking for
1.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields;
2.1~2 years' experience in accounting field, previous accounting experience in handling investment securities business will be an advantage;
3.Willing to gain exposure in listed company;
4.Knowledge of Yonyou will be an advantage;
5.Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
