The appointee is expected to take up a wide range of administrative duties to Hong Kong Institute of Business Studies. Major duties include but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Provide support for the operation of the taught postgraduate programme of the Institute
- Handle quality assurance of the taught postgraduate programme, including secretarial support to various committee(s)
- Prepare annual programme report, other reports and data reporting to various units of the university
- Assist with course scheduling and coordination of various learning activities and events
- Maintain student record and handle with programme enquiries
- Liaise with internal and external parties
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with work experience in supporting taught postgraduate programmes
- A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Strong report writing ability and good analytical skill to carry out administrative duties independently and efficiently
- Good knowledge of tertiary education system of the Mainland China
- Occasional work on irregular hours including evenings, Saturdays and Sundays is required
- Occasional travels to Mainland China are also needed
