The HKUST Business School is searching for a seasoned, high caliber and innovative individual to fill the position of Assistant Director (Administration).
The appointee will report to the Assistant Dean (Administration) of School of Business and Management in managing and optimizing the administrative operations of the School, with a primary emphasis on human resources. The role is responsible for overseeing School’s HR processes, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and fostering a positive work environment for both academic and non-academic staff.
Applicants should have a recognized bachelor’s degree, plus at least 10 years of relevant work experience and an excellent track record in the areas of human resources. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of commitment, demonstrated abilities to produce high quality work within tight timeline, communicate and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) will be required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
