DESCRIPTION
· Assist in developing, managing, and maintaining online shop content, including updating product listings and images, monitoring stock levels, arranging deliveries, and following up on orders
· Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to manage inventory replenishment.
· Create and prepare promotional materials, including graphics, product descriptions, EDMs and social media content.
· Schedule and execute promotional events on the eCommerce platform.
· Analyze the performance of promotions and adjust strategies based on data insights.
· Build and maintain relationships with potential third-party partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
· Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
· Stay updated on eCommerce trends and best practices to optimize performance.
· Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field
· At least 2 years of relevant work experience
· Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
· Strong interest in the eCommerce industry, with a willingness to develop skills in platforms like Shopify and WordPress
· Experience with design tools such as Adobe and Canva is a plus
· Proven experience in eCommerce operations or a similar role
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Immediate availability is preferred
