Assistant Leasing Manager(Co-living / Student Accommodation)
Job Duties:
Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
Provide quality tenant services, liaison, and tenancy administration
Assist to develop, solicit and maintain business for Corporate and Long-Stay as required to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
Manage and develop accounts from Short-haul and Long-haul Airlines, Airport related service companies and room-only groups across all markets.
Partner with Marketing Team in leasing and marketing co-ordinations and explore new clients through marketing events and business connections
Liaise and correlate with various functions on leasing and promotion activities and property management issues
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or apartment leasing, preferably with hotels or property developers.
Fluency in English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing for effective work management.
Strong business acumen with experience in the corporate sector, particularly in handling long-stay segments.
Knowledgeable in hotel management systems and eager to explore software solutions to enhance room sales and user experience.
