Responsibilities:
Handle daily leasing enquiry and all tenancy matters including sales support material, proposal and contract preparation
Supporting Division Head in coordinating sales-related activities, including budget planning and rental forecast, conduct market research, analyse data and compile various reports and site inspections etc.
Responsible to coordinate and archive client data base
Build and maintain good relationship with tenants through providing quality services
Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
Degree holder in Hotel Manager, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Development or related disciplines
At least 5 years’ solid corporate sales or leasing experience in hotel or property industry and at least 3 years’ in managerial grade
Experienced in handling luxury residential and commercial properties will be an advantage
A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is preferred
Independent and able to work under pressure
Excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and Chinese/Putonghua
Good computer knowledge in Windows and MS Office, knowledge of Delphi and Opera system is an advantage
Candidates with less experience will consider as Assistant Sales & Leasing Manager
