Principal Accountabilities
- Identify high-potential sales leads, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with clients
- Understanding market and competitive landscape, conducting competitor analysis to formulate the right sales
- Develop and implement competitive sales strategies to expand market share and foster business growth
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to discover new business opportunities
- Responsible for pricing negotiation with customers for gaining more business and meet company's margin
- Having existing client network is a high welcome
Requirement
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management or other relevant disciplines
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills are preferrable
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese and other languages would also be an advantage
- Proactive, service-oriented personality and able to work under pressure
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
