Responsibilities 職責:
Assist the Sous Chef to ensure the high quality of food production in a specified kitchen section
協助副主廚在烹調過程中維持品質水平Maintain the high standard of day-to-day operations
維持日常營運暢順及協調Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and adhere to the portion controls and standards of the Company
監督廚房的衛生情況, 確保烹調的環境符合公司標準及要求
Requirements 要求:
4 - 6 years' relevant experience in Kitchen
4至6年廚房經驗 ․F.3 or above
中三程度或以上Experience in Western cuisine is required; experience in Chinese cuisine or Hong Kong Style Cafe is preferred
須具西廚經驗;有中菜或港式冰室經驗者優先Team player with positive attitude
積極主動,對工作有熱誠 ․
