Corporate Affairs & Communications Associate
You will be part of the CA&C team based in Hong Kong supporting corporate communications initiatives across China-HK-Macau market. Your core responsibilities will be supporting external/internal communications and Community Investment, through media monitoring, leadership communications, corporate internal campaigns, event coordination, material write-up & visual design, among others. You will also assist the CA&C team in various administrative tasks as required
As a Corporate Affairs & Communications Associate, you will
- Be responsible for developing and executing corporate communication programs and events in line with JTI’s internal communication objectives.
- Coordinate with agency or business partners to organize community investment events and execute production of corporate collaterals.
- Support the Corporate Affairs & Communications team on media monitoring and other administrative tasks.
- Provide PR/ PO creation support, monitor and record all A&P spending by invoice, and good receipt processing for all the projects.
- Support key priorities for Corporate Affairs as well as global and/or regional initiatives as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in media, corporate communications, public affairs preferably in a sizable company
- Excellent written & verbal language skills in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with dedication to high quality deliverable
- Creative, self-motivated, willing to learn and explore, with a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to work independently and in a tea
- Experience in basic graphic design on Canva will be an advantageKnowledge of photography and video-making will be an advantage
