Competencies (Technical / Behavioral):
Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts , including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and serverless architectures.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, container management (Kubernetes, OpenShift), DevSecOps toolsets (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gitlab, SonarQube, Jira, Ansible, Terraform), and microservice architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in DevOps and cloud engineering , with at least 5 years in a leadership role with project management experience. Proven track record in designing and implementing DevSecOps platforms and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Business relationships
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Global ITP Tech Office, APAC CIO, APAC CCCO, Various Metiers IT to ensure the successful implementation and operation of cloud and DevSecOps services.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure all cloud-based services comply with financial industry requirements and regulatory standards. Ensure regular assessments and controls to maintain the integrity and security of cloud infrastructure.
