Executive Assistant in the Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance Section of the Registry (Ref.: 532988) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with one year’s work experience in a tertiary institution or public organisation, proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; good research skills and computer literacy (e.g. MS Office, database management), as well as knowledge of IT systems and web-based applications. The appointee must be a good team player and be self-motivated, meticulous and responsible.
The appointee is expected to provide administrative and clerical support, inclusive of preparation of committee papers and reports, organisation of meetings, administration of grants, and to perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
