Roles and Requirements:
Provide comprehensive secretarial support to General Manager / Assistant General Manager;
Handle and follow up on the hotel room reservations for owner and management company;
Manage executive’s schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure smooth coordination and seamless logistics;
Attend management meetings and prepare agenda and minutes;
Act as the primary liaison between executives and various internal and external stakeholders, facilitating timely and effective communication;
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism;
Possess relevant academic background with formal secretarial training is an advantage;
Possess relevant working experience in serving senior management in sizeable organization, preferably in hotel industry;
Well organized, mature, proactive and able to work independently under minimum supervision;
Proficiency in office procedure, handling correspondence, reports and minutes taking.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all level of staff and owners’ representatives;
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Solid PC knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office, and strong computer skills in using software in both Chinese and English.
