Key Responsibilities:
- Work with social media manager to develop and publish engaging and creative, innovative content (copy, videos, etc) and monthly content plans for selected corporate accounts
- Utilise social media insight tools to create monthly analytic reports for corporate and hotel accounts
- Analyse social media data and use insights to improve campaigns and strategies
- Audit and maintain accurate records of corporate and hotels’ KPI performance monthly
- Assist with community management of all official corporate accounts; develop appropriate and timely responses, when required
- Liaise with global hotels on social media activities and provide support as and when required
- Collaborate with social media agencies and ensure projects are performed in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide general day-to-day administrative support for the social media team
- Create presentation materials and reports for the wider Communications team
- Coordinate and provide support on other ad-hoc or cross-disciplinary projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines
Prior experience in social media preferred - Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Strong project planning, organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate initiative and interact with multiple levels of stakeholders
- Analytic and comfortable working with numbers
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills — good command of written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is a bonus
