What will your functions be?

Main Duties：

• Perform daily tasks related to both Sea and Air Freight Export.
• Ensure prompt document delivery and maintain strong cooperation between brokers, providers, and vendors.
• Maintain effective and up-to-date communication with colleagues within the Group, both locally and internationally.
• Manage vendors, follow up on their performance, and control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Possess advanced Excel skills for daily operations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Outlook and other relevant operational systems on a daily basis.
• Constantly enhance personal operational skills and deepen understanding of TIBA’s business operations.
• Uphold high standards of data quality.
• Deliver excellent client satisfaction and ensure top-notch customer service.
• Assist with establish and manage Hong Kong OP Team.
• Other tasks assigned by the company or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Associate and above degree.
• 6-10 years of related working experience in the industry.
• Must with on-hand knowledge of customer service, operations and also documentation working experience.
• Good English speaking, reading, writing skills. Spanish level will be a plus.
• Careful, detail-oriented and responsible.
• CargoWise, experience handling overseas and VIP accounts/customers.
• Excel skills, good communication abilities, able to work as a team, proactive, tidy and methodical.
• Willing to work under pressure, take challenge and grow with TIBA.
