Franchise Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define strategies to assist the franchisees to achieve the sales goals
• Assist FCs in the operations of franchise education centre
• Ensure all operations and promotion activities of education centres are in consistence with the Brand’s image, guidelines and policies
• Provide training to franchisees to ensure its staff are well-trained
• Provide support on ad hoc franchisee related issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Education or related disciplines
• 3 years or above experience in education center/ account management
• Sound knowledge of franchise business development with strong business acumen, numerical sense and analytical skills
• Exposure on school license management / property agencies will be an advantage
• Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS office and computer skills
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Senior Franchise Operations Officer
