- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in HR/Centre operations, particularly in HR administration, payroll management, P&L, and business development
- Experience in educational or children's developmental services is highly preferred
- Results-oriented with strong customer service orientation and cultural sensitivity
- Excellent team facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems affecting people, processes, and programs
- Ability to operate independently while knowing when to escalate issues to management
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese/Mandarin (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with strong Excel skills
- Good understanding of technology, social networking, and digital engagement
- Confident, cheerful, and proactive with a positive attitude
- Strategic planning for the development of our therapy services in Hong Kong, supporting the Management team in implementing operational strategies
- Proactively manage day-to-day operations, including the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions
- Oversee financial aspects including monthly customer invoicing and management reporting
- Provide professional customer care service, including introducing therapy details, understanding parent needs, and ensuring efficient follow-ups
- Establish and optimize procedures for therapy scheduling, internal/external communication, and resource allocation
- Lead and build a positive workplace by fostering team spirit and improving staff satisfaction through various initiatives
- Handle parents' general inquiries and maintain high service quality standards
- Review and update operational procedures to improve workflow efficiency
- Assist with other general business operations as required by Directors
