- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy of the company.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Manage employee onboarding and ensure a smooth integration into the company. - Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct performance management processes, including setting KPIs and facilitating performance reviews.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current laws and best practices.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee payroll management and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
