Job summary
KIS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will support a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, and contribute to various HR projects to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage comprehensive HR services including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and leave management with professionalism and efficiency.
Support the setup of HR systems.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR team.
Assist in reviewing and formulating HR policies and procedures to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Participate in HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
1 year of practical HR experience in a sizable organization.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related HR legislation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address unique HR challenges and provide effective solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
Meticulous, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities.
Good communication and presentation skills and highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
Strong attention to detail with numeric accuracy.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
