Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
Prepare job advertisement and interview questions as required for vacancies
Source potential candidates proactively through various channels including but not least to different job boards, social media platforms, educational bodies, professional networks, etc.
Take care of full-cycle interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments, in-person interviews and job offer
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events as required
Conduct background check, verify new joiner documents and perform data entry work in a timely manner
Monitor daily recruitment data and prepare reports as required
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Execute employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Key Requirements and Expectations
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Ideally with 2 years' relevant experience in similar capacity, with experience in health & beauty, medical or retailing and fast paced environment is preferred
Familiar with proactive search such as LinkedIn, Talent Search, etc.
Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and proficiency in MS office
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
