Lead CRM Platform Engineer
The role is based in Hong Kong and involves working with teams in Asia and North America to manage and improve CRM platforms and digital initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Product Management:
Keep track of and update the list of tasks and features needed for the CRM platforms.
Work with vendors to ensure the platforms meet the business needs.
2. Technical Standards:
Set and enforce technical standards for software development and security.
Implement best practices for development, security, and operations.
3. Financial Management:
Work with the global procurement team to manage contracts and budgets.
Ensure the costs for licenses and resources are planned for over several years.
4. Technology Innovation:
Stay updated on new technologies that can improve our CRM systems, like AI.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies.
5. Security and Compliance:
Develop and maintain a security framework in collaboration with security teams.
Ensure the CRM systems comply with different regional regulations and standards.
6. Monitoring and Alerts:
Set up systems to monitor the platforms and alert the team to potential issues to prevent downtime.
7. Change Management:
Work with vendors and teams to manage changes to the systems.
Review and approve changes, keeping everyone informed.
8. Incident Management:
Lead the response to any issues with the platforms, coordinating with support teams as needed.
9. Governance:
Ensure data management and platform operations follow strict security and quality standards.
Address any issues identified in audits promptly.
10. Training and Development:
Collaborate with teams to ensure staff receive the latest training.
Help plan and organize training programs to keep skills up-to-date.
Required Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and digital processes.
Experience in setting up and following technical and security standards.
Familiarity with managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Ability to keep up with and apply new technology trends.
Experience with change and incident management processes.
Strong governance and compliance skills.
Focus on people development and training.
Must have graduate engineering degree from reputed university
