Eu Yan Sang (HK) Ltd is now looking for a high caliber candidate in the following position:
What YOU’ll do:
Implement & monitor CRM O2O campaigns : execute daily members programs effectively and conduct campaign performance analysis timely
Performance tracking : perform data analysis and post-campaign reporting, including new product, sales promotion and members activation programs
Data-driven mindset : assist CRM Manager to utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing/CRM action plans and optimize campaign performance
Cross-functional team collaboration : collaborate effectively with internal marketing and sales stakeholders as well as external agencies, vendor to align marketing/CRM efforts for assigned projects
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
What YOU’ll need:
Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in any discipline
1-2 years of relevant experience in Retail / FMCG business, clerical and secretarial work experience is preferred
Familiar with various MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Responsible, Good team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sensitive to numbers and strong analytical skills
Knowledge and experience of CRM app is a plus
Ideally able to work 3-4 working days/ week
Current undergraduate students are welcome
