Logistics Coordinator

Requirements:

• DSE or above;

• With 3-5 years of working experience in the supply chain, forwarding, or logistics industry;

• Proficient with MS Office, Tradelink, WMS;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Self-motivated, good communication skills, attention in detail and able to work under pressure.

Job Descriptions:

• In charge of import/export shipping & transportation documents;

• Monitor shipment progress, track orders, and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders;

• Liaise with customers and concerned parties to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods;

• Provide operational support to the logistics team, including data entry, report generation, and handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor;

• Prepare daily / monthly warehouse activities report;

• Provide relevant training to the subordinate.
