What you will be doing:
- Coordinating the movement of goods through our warehousing and distribution network
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics providers to resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery
- Monitoring inventory levels and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Preparing and analysing reports on logistics performance metrics
- Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures for logistics operations
We are looking for someone with:
- Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain / Logistics or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain coordination role (FMCG preferred)
- Good understanding of warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes
- Familiarity with logistics management software and data analysis tools
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Good in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua, with good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Chinese, and English word processing
