Logistics Manager/Officer
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
- Post secondary or above
- Familiar with import/export procedure (both sea & air) & documentation, experience with Dutiable Goods (Alcohol)
- Understanding of China Import/Export procedures would be an advantage
- Able to work independently, Mature, initiative, detail minded with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent command of written and spoken English, conversational in Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in ERP system, MS Word, Excel & Tradelink (both import declaration & permit application)
- Less experience will offer as Logistics Officer
- Immediately available
RESPONSIBILITY:-
- Daily follow up with vendors/forwarders/overseas on PO/booking/shipment/warehouse arrangement
- Negotiating shipping rates with forwarders, managing shipping schedules and document accuracy
- Handling of Import and Export documentation. Inventory management and Local logistics support including China Hub
- Monitor the performance of delivery vendors/courier, to ensure product distribution are handled in a timely and cost effective manner
- Be proactive in seeking improvement of inventory control and warehouse management and delivery services level
