We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Execution Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee our logistics operations, ensuring efficient shipping, inventory control, and overall logistics management. This role requires strong English communication skills, fluency in Mandarin, a solid understanding of chip or board manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage external logistics service providers (LSPs).
What you’ll be doing:
Oversee daily logistics operations, including shipping management, and coordination with internal departments and external partners.
Utilize knowledge of chip or board manufacturing processes, NPI and MP to optimize logistics strategies.
Collaborate closely with the NPI/MP planners, field sales, and the fulfillment team to ensure smooth logistics processes, implement real-time tracking, and provide timely responses to any issues or changes.
Maintain relationships with logistics service providers (LSP) to ensure alignment with company goals, performance metrics, and compliance with service agreements.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong English communication skills—an advanced level or upper-intermediate level from TOEIC is preferred.
Minimum of 5 experience in logistics execution or a similar role within an international company. Solid experience in shipping management, logistics management, or inventory control.
Solid understanding of production processes in chip or board manufacturing, including NPI and MP.
Strong inventory control experience for Contract Manufacturing CM and OSAT shipping.
Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in managing logistics service providers.
