Assist the Department Head to supervise subordinates to perform daily tasks, complete all jobs and ad hocs projects effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist Department Head to ensure the daily operation of the department
Oversee cleaning services quality and scheduling across multiple bank locations
Manage utilities procurement, including printers, water machines, etc.
Supervise mail room operations, ensuring efficient delivery and dispatch
Handle bank car matters including driving licenses renewal and maintenance issues
Monitor outsourcing vendors and prepare relevant reports and documentations
Co-ordinate with relevant parties on renovation projects, BCP arrangement and fire drill arrangement
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations on daily operations
Assist in preparing management reports and monitoring / simplifying administrative workflow
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Incumbent Requirements:
Degree holder in Facilities Management, Administration or related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant experience at supervisory level, preferably in banking or financial industry
Strong supervisory and communication skill
Hardworking, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and willing to overtime work
Excellent analytical and report writing skills
Have a strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
