The successful candidate will report to the Head of PMO & Delivery in Information Technology Department and work with various business units to lead efforts in digital transformation in the organization, execute digital/IT projects and manage digital/IT solutions. Major duties include collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and define project scope, timelines and deliverables, ensuring digital solutions are optimized on security, reliability, performance, cost, maintainability, traceability and scalability, as well as ensuring smooth transition to operation and delivered benefit is sustainable upon project closure.
He/She will source, evaluate, design, implement, maintain and support digital solutions to meet business needs and requirements of various business units and ensure benefit realization, optimal performance and user satisfaction over the solution lifecycle. He/She will also ensure processes of change management, capacity management, patch management and business continuity management for the solutions are in-place, review vendor performance against service level agreements, as well as conduct research and analysis of emerging technologies and trends in digital solutions to identify opportunities for company’s digitalization.
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Information Technology, or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, in which at least 7 years of experience in digital/IT solutions management, project management or vendor management.
Experience in digital transformation, ERP, HRIS, CRM or mobile/web development is an advantage.
Scrum and PMP certified is an advantage.
Excellent vendor management skills
Good leadership, coaching and team management skills
Good presentation and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of stakeholders.
Good analytical skills, detail-minded and organized.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Manager.
