This role is responsible for the coordination with factories on sampling, follow-through of bulk production, delivery, and development of new product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently with factories on sample and bulk production to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work closely with Design Team to understand their needs on sample development, pre-production samples, and TMC samples.
- Work with senior and Technical team on dual fit session.
- Coordinate with factories on shipment scheduling.
- Work with Shipping team on shipment schedule and Custom documents.
- Source new trims and fabrics for product development.
- Occasional travel to offshore factories.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above, graduate in apparel manufacturing is preferred
- 3 years’ relevant experience in apparel manufacturing
- Have basic technical knowledge of fabric & product manufacturing processes, and understanding of lab test standards
- Good problem-solving ability and able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
- Proficiency in PC knowledge, including Excel and Word

Pay: $17,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
