Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order processing and inventory management
- Sorting, organizing, and storing products in the warehouse
- Delivery of product samples to client offices
- Monitor the sample and material usage and delivery status
- Inspecting products for quality and accuracy
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
- Provide updated regular reports to management review with insights
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in logistics management or related subjects
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role in a design company is a plus
- Excellent in Excel in presenting order processing and inventory management
- Good sense with number and accuracy is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
