Job Responsibility
- Support all around procurement and warehouse operation
- Consolidate users’ requirements and source qualified suppliers
- Maintain and update procurement & warehouse documents and records
- Perform general clerical and related administrative duties as assigned
- Assist in other ad-hoc as assigned
- Higher Diploma or above holder in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline is a plus
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in Food & Beverage, Catering or Hotel industry
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in procurement system is an advantage
- More experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Procurement Officer or Procurement Officer
