Part-time Lecturer (25260041)
The Academy is seeking the Part-time Lecturers in the fields of Social Work, Counselling, and related disciplines. These roles involve teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Candidates should be capable of teaching postgraduate courses in the following areas:
- Family Therapy
- Mental Health
- Narrative Therapy
- Social Work with Youth
- Career Counselling
- Social Work and Law
- Social Service and Crisis Management
Requirements:
- A relevant master's degree or above in Social Work, Counselling or related discipline;
- Registered Social Workers (RSW) in Hong Kong is an advantage;
- Possess at least five years of post-degree professional experience;
- Relevant professional experience in fields, such as family, youth, rehabilitation, and counselling; and
- Good proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua/Mandarin) and English.
Appointees may need to work in Mainland settings and travel to Mainland China occasionally.
The initial appointment will be made on a part-time basis commencing September 2025. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review and course availability.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
