Responsibilities
Assist in daily operations of pastry, work closely with Pastry Head Chef and responsible for all the production of pastry kitchen including pastries, pizzas, desserts, cakes, pies etc

Collaborate with other kitchen sections including restaurants, private functions, and club events
與其他廚房部門合作,包括餐廳、私人活動及會所活動
Ensure food quality, consistency, and elegant presentation with club standard
確保品質一致、優良,並符合本會標準
Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations
確保所有糕點符合食品安全及衞生法規
Maintain and monitor pastry equipment, promptly reporting any maintenance needs to ensure operational efficiency
維護及監察餅房設備,及時報告任何維修需求,確保運作效率
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe pastry workstation
保持餅房的清潔、整齊及安全
Manage inventory and minimize waste while maintaining standards
管理庫存,減少浪費同時保持標準
Train and mentor junior pastry staff, fostering a professional and collaborative team environment within the club’s culinary department
培訓及指導初級員工,在會所的廚務部門內營造專業及協作的團隊環境
Requirements
A good team player
具良好的團隊合作精神
Institutional training in bakery / pastry production or relevant discipline
持有專上院校或其他認可機構頒發的烘焙/糕點製作或相關學科的文憑
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in pastry / bakery production
至少3年糕點/烘焙製作相關經驗
