Research Assistant position is available in the Division of Life Science at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
The appointee is expected to provide support for preparation, contacting speakers, promotion, and collecting participant submissions for the Chinese Medicine Development Fund project in promoting Chinese Medicinal Cuisine in Food & Medicine Homology.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should be attentive to details, and have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. The appointee should have good computer literacy; good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; a strong sense of responsibility; the ability to perform multi-tasks and work independently. (Duration: 1 year, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
