In charge of the designated center daily operations and sales/KPI monitoring.
Act as the point of contact between HQ and frontline to ensure Group's direction is being delivered successfully.
Responsible to coach and engage frontline to ensure Corporate value and culture is embedded.
Consolidate data and prepare weekly sales/KPI report for Management's overview.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth daily operations at shop level.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Business-related subject
5 years or above experience in retail operations or related field
A detail-minded individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; proficient in Microsoft Office
