Senior Executive Officer (25260073)
The appointee is expected to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Office of the Dean of Communication.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and executive support to the programmes under the School, including programme promotion and admissions;
- Coordinating academic advising arrangements and the Major Assignment Exercise;
- Liaising with internal and external units/parties;
- Drafting papers/reports and serving on committees;
- Supporting the School’s events and activities; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the Dean.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant work experience;
- Good command of English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Putonghua);
- Good communication skills and be a good team-player;
- Proficiency in computing applications, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing; and
- Self-motivated with a pleasant personality and able to work both independently and in a team.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a writing test.
The initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years commencing in September 2025. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
