Job Description:

• Assist the department head to formulate and implement active MCI agency recruitment strategies

• Proactively assist on creative recruitment strategies by penetrating various markets and setting up MCI agency recruitment governance

• Collaborate with event vendors, venues, and other stakeholders on executing agency recruitment events

• Product professional event proposals, timelines, run-of-show documents, and post-event reports

• Promote events & engage attendees via social media (e.g. XHS, IG) platforms

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related discipline

• At least 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in insurance sector with experience in agency recruitment, development, and communications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to prioritize tasks and work independently

• Familiar with agency culture and mainland culture

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin

• Proficient user in MS Office applications
