Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef with the day to day running of the department and be responsible for the restaurant and overall quality of products produced.
Assists reviews menus, recipes, and the cost controlling
To monitor the food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions, and garnishing of foods to ensure food is prepared in prescribed manner
Requirements
3 year relevant experience in similar capacity
Basic MS Office knowledge
Good interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and self-motivated
Independent and able to work under pressure
Be a good team player
Immediate available preferred
