Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end establishment of Stablecoin project, including license application, onboarding clients, managing product integrations, and ensuring operational readiness.
- Assist in developing market entry strategies by analyzing country-specific regulations and identifying key opportunities and challenges.
- Work closely with banking partners to set up accounts that support operations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Drive processes and manage all aspects of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop a strong understanding of client needs to design tailored solutions that support their trading objectives.
- Provide regular updates and comprehensive support to stakeholders, including the Global Business Development Executive.
Requirements
- PMP certification or equivalent, with a strong ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Understanding of the crypto landscape, including market trends, client behaviors, and regulatory considerations.
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- 3–5 years of experience in partnership, preferably in digital assets or financial markets.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive market expansion and operational success.
