Responsibilities
Provide technical advice and support to clients
Source repair and maintenance quotations from contractors
Supervise repairs and maintenance works in the property portfolio
Implement and monitor on-site construction, renovation and improvement projects
Requirements
Higher Diploma holder or above in building services engineering, surveying, or a related discipline
2 years' relevant experience in property maintenance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Mature, responsible, and have lots of initiative
