The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.
(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)
You will be responsible for:
providing ticketing services at West Kowloon sales outlets across the district, including Xiqu Centre, Freespace, M+ and Hong Kong Palace Museum, and maintaining daily operation of ticketing hotline;
handling ticket buyers’ enquiries, complaints and difficult cases in professional manner;
handling event cancellation and refund process;
providing support and training to Ticketing Assistants in all aspects of the use of the computerised ticketing system;
assisting to produce sales tracking reports which contribute data and insight for use in revenue/attendance forecasting
working closely with internal parties and external hirers on handling all issues relating to ticket sales; and
performing any other related general duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.
You should:
possess a higher diploma or above in any disciplines;
have at least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in ticketing, customer service or front-of-house operation;
be patient, customer-oriented, detail-minded and have a strong sense of responsibility;
be required to work on shift according to the duty roster assigned including weekends and public holidays; and
be proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
