The Job:
- Execute and promote agency initiatives to achieve business target
- Implement strategies and action plans to support agency productivity in business and recruitment
- Oversee and monitor agency performance to ensure alignment with the company's direction
- Facilitate strategic planning in responsible regions for achieving good production, recruitment and persistence
- Handle enquiries from responsible regions to ensure business continuity
- Maintain a quality agency force by balancing selection and offering attractive and suitable recruitment offer
- Enhance the communication and understanding between agency and internal departments
- Prepare the Tied Agency reporting for local and regional requirements
- Support the Tied Agency development initiatives if needed
The Person:
- University graduate with at least 10 years relevant experience in insurance industry
- Integrated knowledge in project and people management
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
