Requirements
(a) Holder of a Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
(b) Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher and Chinese Word Processing;
(c) With at least 1 year of relevant working experience
(d) Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Duties:
General Administration
- To provide administrative and clerical support to the office;
- To provide IT and logistic support to the office, seminars, zoom meetings, etc.; and
- To perform filing duties.
- To liaise with schools regarding teacher training matters;
- To assist in handling applications, enrolment and answering the telephone enquiries;
- To handle bulk correspondences with schools' teaching training matters;
- To maintain training records on the Training Administration System; and
- To campile e-survey data.
- To perform data entry; and
- To assist in issuing referral letters to special schools and referrers.
- To input and update relevant contents in the website;
- To edit graphics and layouts of relevant pages in the website and
- To perform other duties as assigned.
