Job Responsibilities:
Oversea full set of C&B functions, including monthly payroll processes, benefits mangement, leave management, taxation, final payment and employ compensation.
Manage MPF enrollments, contributions, and withdrawals in compliance with regulations.
Participate in HR system implementation, data migration, and file preparation.
Administer employee benefits (medical insurance, leave records) and liaise with vendors.
Review workflow and process for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management with at least 8 years of HR experience in managing compensation and benefits, of which at least 3 years in a management role.
Experience in healthcare, retail, or multi-site operations is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different level of staff.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Immediately available is a must.
