Responsible for the management of employee salary and bonus accounting and issuance, and establish a perfect salary information ledger
Completing the analysis of labor cost and preparation of monthly personnel report to provide data support for the company's decision-making
Conducting market research and analysis, designing and optimizing the salary structure and benefit plan to ensure the company's salary level is competitive in the market
Handling salary and benefit related consulting to answer the employee's questions about salary structure and benefit policy
Responsible for the full cycle management of labor contract to ensure compliance with the law, including contract and termination Manage the full cycle of labor contracts to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including contract signing, change and termination
Handle employee complaints and labor disputes, and solve problems in a timely manner through effective communication and mediation
Responsible for daily attendance management to ensure compliance with laws and company regulations
Plan and implement employee activities and corporate culture construction projects to enhance team cohesion
Maintain healthy employee relations to enhance employee satisfaction and sense of belonging

Familiar with Hong Kong HR related laws and regulations.
More than 3 years working experience, including at least 2 years C&B experience.
Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in HR related field.
Professional certificate in HR is preferred.
HR related working experience in Mainland China and Southeast Asia is preferred.
