Position Overview:
Seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service/Admin professional to join their team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while supporting our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a friendly and timely manner.
- Work with manager to assist customers with meal plan selections, orders, and any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and filing.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline is welcome.
- 2-3 years’ experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in Chinese and English
