Job Responsibilities:
Perform a full range of HR functions including but not limited to (talent recruitment, payroll processing, taxation, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, etc.)
Formulate human resources system and improve management mechanism in accordance with the relevant requirements of the company
Improve the company's human resource system and strategically plan and review human resource policies and procedures, participate in the planning and implementation of appropriate payroll mechanisms, employee performance appraisals and bonus programs.
Participate in HR projects/programs and provide suggestions or solutions to complex HR issues.
Provide a full range of professional HR services to all departments.
Ensure statutory compliance when dealing with HR or staffing issues.
Maintaining good staff relations through staff development activities and communication to minimize brain drain.
Handle ad hoc projects as required

- 按照公司有关要求制定人力资源制度,完善管理机制
- 完善公司人力資源製度及戰略性地規劃和審查人力資源政策和程序,参与制定规划制定和實施適當的薪資管理机制, 员工绩效考核及奖金计划
- 參與人力資源項目/計劃,並提供解決複雜人力資源問題的建議或解決方案
- 為各部門提供全方位的專業人力資源服務
- 處理人力資源或員工問題時確保法定合規性
- 通過員工籌備活動和溝通來維持良好的員工關係,以減低人才流失
- 有需要執行臨時項目
A Master's degree or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of solid experience in full spectrum of HR and related area
Familiar with Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance, MPF legislation, taxation and Mainland's Labor Law, Social Security Fund, taxation, etc.
Able to work under pressure and in fast pacing environment.
Good team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver good quality of work
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with an analytical, hands-on and problem-solving mindset
Computer literacy in MS applications including Chinese word processing
Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
Educational background in the Mainland and working experience in a Chinese company preferred
Experience in human resource management planning and performance appraisal focused projects preferred
Immediate availability preferred
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Manager

- 具備團隊精神,能夠處理多項任務並提供良好的工作質量
- 具有良好的溝通能力和管理敏感性,具有分析、執行力和解難能力
- 熟练掌握微軟應用程序運用,包括中英文文字處理
- 精通英語、中文(普通話和粵語)口語和書面語
- 擁有內地教育背景及中資企業工作經驗者優先
- 具有人力资源管理规划和绩效考核重点项目经验优先
