Job Responsibilities
- Proposal Production and support client document preparation.
- Coordinate between internal departments and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Maintain records of mailing and promotional materials
- Support implementation and coordination of events and marketing activities
- Participate in ad hoc projects and office administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above educational level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proactive and dependable
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
