- Ensure financial controls and procedures.
- Diploma or LCCI higher certificate in Accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Manage financial transactions related to the Cruises and Corporate Team, including tracking expenses, processing invoices.
- Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing, etc;
- Prepare financial reports on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all financial activities related to the Cruises and Corporate Team are in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement changes that will increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with the Cruises and Corporate Team, as well as other departments within the company, to ensure that financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or LCCI higher certificate in Accounting.
- Pass professional accounting qualification level 2 of any accounting bodies.
- Experience in handle full set of accounts is preferred.
- 2-3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in Travel industry.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Self-motivated, proactive, result oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Immediately available is an advantage.
