The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for Medical/ Health Check Center management to drive sales (direct or via distributors), enhance market penetration, and strengthen long - term partnerships. This role requires a excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing medical key accounts or business development.
Role & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long - term relationships with key customers (Health Check Centres, Medical Groups, NGO, Government and Distributors). Regularly visit customers, understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and provide proactive support and solutions.
Identify new business opportunities based on customer demands, competitor activities and market trends.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with customers to drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and work with distributors to develop action plans to enhance sales performance, such as optimizing product mix, improving marketing efforts, and expanding customer base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities in conjunction with distributors. Provide distributors with marketing materials, product information, and training resources to support their sales efforts.
Knowledge & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical sales or marketing. Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Health Supplements or Nutrition is a plus.
Strong analytical skill and detailed-oriented.
Agile and open to new business model.
Willingness to learn and grow with Phase as a fast growing start-up company.
Good communication and negotiation skill.
