Assistant Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 532986) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 3 years’ work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; competence in MS Excel; strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines. They should be mature, meticulous, personable, self-motivated, and attentive to details even when working under pressure.
The appointee will provide administrative support to the operation of undergraduate admissions such as application processing and interview arrangement. He/She will offer assistance to candidates through different communication channels, including emails, phone calls and face-to-face meetings. The appointee may occasionally be required to support admission outreach activities, and perform other duties as assigned in support of the Faculty’s mission, core values and goals.
